Our Client
They are a great agency, creative, commercially strong who work with some fantastic consumer clients and have won lots of awards over the years. They have fab offices and when you’re not out and about shooting on location, you’ll be based out of there, they do Tue-Thurs in the office.
The Role
This is a fab opportunity for an early-career Videographer / Video Editor to join an award-winning creative agency at an exciting point in its evolution.
Historically, much of their video production has been delivered through trusted external partners. They're now bringing more content creation in-house and are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.
You’ll work across a wide variety of creative projects, capturing content on location and transforming it into engaging films and social content. This isn't a role where you’ll spend every day behind a desk cutting together the same type of footage. It's a hands-on creative position combining ideas, filming, storytelling and editing. You’ll come up with an idea for a shoot, plan it, get behind the camera, capture great video and photography, and turn it into engaging content.
You’ll work closely with experienced creatives, strategists and account teams, giving you exposure to the wider world of agency life and helping you develop skills beyond production alone.
It's a fantastic opportunity to build an impressive portfolio, develop your craft and help shape the future of video within a highly respected agency.
You
We’re looking for a genuinely creative professional videographer / video editor, ideally with an agency background, but we’re open to those who have worked at fast-paced brands. We want to see strong ideas, great shooting, thoughtful editing and evidence that you can tell a story through video, especially social-first. We'd love to see work that demonstrates more than just technical competence. You should be able to come up with an idea for a shoot, plan it, get behind the camera, capture great video and photography, and turn it into engaging content. You need to be confident, agile and fast-paced, able to work on your own initiative without a big production team to film and edit content.
The agency are really open on level of experience, you could be a junior with a year or two under your belt, or someone more Senior.
Our Commitment to Diversity
We are committed to improving diversity, equity and inclusion within the sectors we serve. We encourage applications for this role from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and any other protected status. Should you require any reasonable adjustments at any point in the recruitment process we are very happy to discuss and work with you to accommodate these.
