The Client

They are a great agency, creative, commercially strong who work with some fantastic consumer clients and have won lots of awards over the years. They have fab offices and when you’re not out and about shooting on location, you’ll be based out of there, they do Tuesday - Thursday in the office.

The Role

This is a fab opportunity for an early‑career Videographer / Video Editor to join an award‑winning creative agency at an exciting point in its evolution. Historically, much of their video production has been delivered through trusted external partners. They’re now bringing more content creation in‑house and are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.

You’ll work across a wide variety of creative projects, capturing content on location and transforming it into engaging films and social content. This isn’t a role where you’ll spend every day behind a desk cutting together the same type of footage. It’s a hands‑on creative position combining ideas, filming, storytelling and editing.

You’ll work closely with experienced creatives, strategists and account teams, giving you exposure to the wider world of agency life and helping you develop skills beyond production alone. For someone at the start of their career, it’s a fantastic opportunity to build an impressive portfolio, develop your craft and help shape the future of video within a highly respected agency.

You

We’re looking for a genuinely creative professional videographer / video editor. Your showreel doesn’t need to be packed with big‑budget client work. We’d rather see strong ideas, great shooting, thoughtful editing and evidence that you can tell a story through video. We’d love to see work that demonstrates more than just technical competence. Show us your ability to spot a moment, create atmosphere, build a narrative and hold an audience’s attention.

If you’re the sort of person who is always spotting shots, experimenting with new filming techniques and looking for ways to tell stories through video, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We are committed to improving diversity, equity and inclusion within the sectors we serve. We encourage applications for this role from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and any other protected status. Should you require any reasonable adjustments at any point in the recruitment process we are very happy to discuss and work with you to accommodate these.
