Our Client
We're working with a growing independent agency in Manchester looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager. An agency that is on the up and continuing to grow, they're independent and deliver all services in-house, clients come to them for their people. Culture is creative and collaborative but also ambitious, everyone is treated like a grown-up but also expected to take responsibility. They work 4 days per week from their Manchester city centre base.
The Role
They have a growing performance team, and this role will be responsible for executing and optimising Paid Search campaigns, as well as some wider paid social and digital campaigns, from inception through to reporting and analysis. You'll contribute to broader strategic thinking, ensuring joined up thinking across multiple channels, supporting in formulating client's overarching performance strategy and helping the performance team to innovate with new ideas. You'll also mentor junior members of the team and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple departments. The role is client facing, and you'll present strategy and results to both existing and potential clients.
You
You'll have 5+ years, either agency or inhouse, looking to move to a growing agency where they will get the opportunity to push their career forward. Or perhaps you don't quite have 5 years' experience, but you have drive and ambition, we'd still love to hear from you. Either way, you'll have a knack of turning complex into simple for clients and a track record of delivering clear directional strategies to clients that have produced excellent results. Proven experience in managing paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, as well as a strong analytical mindset. You should be confident in client situations, presenting to clients should be somewhere you thrive and you have excellent communication skills.
