Our Client is a long-standing Manchester agency, known for their high quality of creative work and culture. They have recently won a number of key industry awards and are a financially stable agency.
The Role involves working closely with the PR Director across a range of B2B clients, delivering media relations and day-to-day press office activity. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients over key developments
- Devising news stories across paid, shared, earned, and owned media
- Writing short and long form copy for news stories, features, white papers, and digital content
- Media relations and journalist outreach
- Supporting key client events
- Assisting in developing clients' profiles as spokespeople for broadcast opportunities
- Delivering media training
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a PR role, ideally with some B2B sector experience. You will need to spot good news stories and be capable of building and managing client relationships. Results focused, you’ll have solid media relations skills and understand how to build strong journalist relations. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative creative team, with the chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
