We’re working with a creatively ambitious agency that’s looking for a Midweight Digital & Social Designer. This is a creative role for someone with a strong digital instinct. Someone who understands how an idea lives, moves and performs across platforms.

Role Description

  • You’ll take campaign ideas and make them work in the real world. Not just in a deck.
  • Designing and building campaign landing pages
  • Creating social-first content and motion assets
  • Developing digital campaign executions across multiple formats
  • Bringing ideas to life in ways that feel native to each platform

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Design Director, contributing digital thinking early in the process and bringing campaign ideas to life across modern digital channels.

What They’re Looking For

  • You’re a digital-first creative with a strong sense of craft and curiosity. You might currently be a:
  • Digital Designer
  • Motion Designer with campaign experience
  • Integrated Designer with a digital focus

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography and motion.
  • Experience working on campaign-led creative, not just standalone assets.
  • A portfolio that shows range and quality.
  • Understanding of how ideas translate across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ability to create work that feels native to each channel.
  • Awareness of what makes content engaging and effective.
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects.
  • Ability to create engaging motion and digital assets.

AI and Emerging Tools

  • Curious about AI tools and how they’re changing creative workflows
  • Open to experimenting and learning
  • Interested in how these tools can enhance, not replace, creative thinking

What This Role Is NOT

  • A UX/UI design role
  • A social media manager position
  • A production-only role focused on resizing and rollout
