We’re working with a long-established and highly creative Manchester Agency looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to join the team.

A brilliant agency who have been around for a long time, they work with some fantastic consumer clients and have won multiple awards over the years. They work 3 days office based in their base in Manchester city centre.

The Role

You’ll be creating engaging short-form and campaign content, filming and editing social-first video content, as well as creating assets for digital and social platforms whilst working collaboratively with the creative, strategy and client services teams. They do use external specialists for larger-scale productions, so this role is more about agile, high-quality content creation rather than large commercial shoots. This role combines content ideation, filming and editing, for social campaign content.

You

We’re looking for a genuinely creative content creator with professional creative foundations rather than someone purely self-taught through social platforms. Ideally, you’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience working either for an agency or inhouse for a brand. You’ll need a creative eye for what works in terms of social-first content, an understanding of the latest trends, filming and editing capabilities, with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality as well as understanding of working within brand guidelines and keeping campaign consistency.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We are committed to improving diversity, equity and inclusion within the sectors we serve. We encourage applications for this role from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and any other protected status. Should you require any reasonable adjustments at any point in the recruitment process we are very happy to discuss and work with you to accommodate these.
