The role
This is a senior client leadership position where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong relationships and ongoing growth. You’ll work across the full lifecycle of projects, from initial brief and research through to campaign delivery and evaluation, acting as a trusted partner to your clients and a central figure internally. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to new business, support pitches and help identify opportunities to grow both your accounts and the agency.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading day‑to‑day management of key B2B client accounts
- Acting as a senior strategic partner, building trusted relationships
- Overseeing delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, content and brand
- Managing commercial performance including budgets, forecasting and profitability
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to new business, proposals and pitches
- Identifying and driving organic growth opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in an agency environment (B2B preferred but not essential)
- Confident leading client relationships and presenting at a senior level
- Commercially aware, organised and solutions‑focused
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns (strong digital experience a plus)
- A natural collaborator who enjoys working across strategy, creative and delivery
