Our Client is an independent agency with some lovely consumer clients for whom they’ve produced some highly creative and impactful campaigns.
This is a newly created role for the agency, where you will join a small but busy and highly creative team working across some fantastic brands and briefs. You’ll be leading clients on their social and content strategy, shaping how they show up on social, and working with creatives and clients to deliver campaigns that perform. You’ll turn strategy into clear direction for both organic and paid social, influencer, UGC and PR, getting hands on with copy and content, and using data to understand what’s working, what isn’t and more importantly what to do differently in future. This is a great opportunity to work with ambitious consumer brands and be hands on delivering high quality ideas.
You should have a minimum of 5+ years in social or content strategy. Agency experience is preferred but in-house experience working at pace and across multiple brands is considered too. You should have a track record of delivering social strategies that have delivered results, we’re looking for performance stats, so it goes without saying you’ll be strong with data, not just reporting but understanding and connecting the dots. A really strong appreciation of what makes great creative and how social forms part of wider creative campaigns, as well as at times, social-first ideas. You’ll also need some experience with paid social and an understanding of how it best works alongside organic. You’ll be working across a handful of clients at once, so being able to juggle different brands and audiences is important, and you should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and execution. This is a new role that you can mould and develop as you and the agency grows.
What’s in it for you:
- Hybrid working (3 days office based)
- 25 days holiday plus birthday day off plus bank holidays
- Healthcare
- Room to develop this role as the agency grows
