We are working with one of the most exciting independent studios in Leeds, creating beautifully crafted, concept-led brand campaigns for global consumer brands. This is not a volume studio. This is a place for designers who care deeply about ideas, craft and the role design plays in building brands people genuinely love. They are growing and looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can operate at a high creative level across multi-channel brand campaigns. This role is about brand worlds, campaigns and storytelling across channels. The work is conceptual, design-led and highly crafted. You will be contributing to brand campaigns that live across motion, digital, social and beyond.
This is a creatively ambitious environment with high standards and a genuine passion for design. They work with global consumer brands, building brand platforms and campaigns that create lasting impact. They work 5 days a week from their city centre office in Leeds.
You will:
- Lead projects from concept through to delivery.
- Develop and present strong creative ideas to clients.
- Work closely with motion and wider creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Mentor and support more junior designers.
- Help shape and maintain the studio’s creative standards.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a true all-round brand designer. Someone who combines strong thinking with exceptional execution.
You will likely have:
- Around 5+ years experience in a creative or brand-led agency.
- A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking and multi-channel brand campaign work.
- A high level of craft across Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience collaborating closely with motion designers.
- The ability to take ownership of projects and run with them.
- Confidence presenting work and building client relationships.
This role isn’t suitable for a purely packaging focused designer.
You are:

- A strong visual thinker with an eye for detail.
- Positive, collaborative and inspirational.
- Someone who pushes ideas further.
