We\’re looking for a brand-led Lead Creative to join a growing independent agency in Manchester.

Our Client

They are a brand-led agency, and an increasing number of their brand activations are on social media. They have a very positive and collaborative working culture that they are proud of.

The Role

They need someone to join them who understands the consideration and vigour social content needs if the brand story is to remain central. A social native, you’ll be a conceptual creative, able to conceive and produce multi-channel brand activations both on and offline. A strong understanding of how brands communicate on social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, is needed. You should be able to develop big ideas and breakthrough creative concepts. You need to understand what works on social; quickfire, intelligent, authentic activations, as scripted ads don’t work. You should be able to elevate trends—making them relevant and clever for the brand, not just following a trend—and tell the brand story.

You

You’ll have a few years of experience either in an agency or working in-house. They value passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are always thinking, seeking inspiration, pushing boundaries, and grabbing creative opportunities as they arise.

What’s in it for you

  • Annual leave: 25 days plus additional days such as your birthday
  • Training, development, and well-being allowances

Our Commitment to Diversity

We are committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sectors we serve. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, or any other protected status. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, we are happy to discuss and accommodate these.
