We’re looking for a brand-led, social-native Creative Lead to join a growing independent agency in South Manchester.Our ClientThis is a chance to lead creativity in an agency where over 70% of brand activation happens on social, with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook at the heart of campaigns. You’ll join a team known for brand strategy and identity, with the opportunity to make social-first work that’s clever, relevant and culturally on point, while still telling big, powerful brand stories.The RoleIf you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram and social-first storytelling, this is your chance to shape bold, campaign-worthy ideas that stand out. You’ll:

  • Conceive and deliver multi-channel campaigns (70% social, but also brand, print, and beyond).
  • Develop big ideas that win hearts and minds while staying true to brand identity.
  • Turn social trends into smart, relevant brand stories.
  • Be hands-on in conceiving and executing content across short-form video, graphics, and campaign assets.
  • Write briefs for creators and oversee activations with diverse talent (from TikTokers to lifestyle content creators).
  • Push creative boundaries, inspire clients, and help build brand fame.

You

  • A true social native who knows what works on TikTok and beyond – quickfire, authentic, intelligent content that resonates.
  • Equally comfortable with concepts and execution – from the big campaign idea to the edit in CapCut or Adobe.
  • Strong on brand thinking and campaigns, not just content in isolation.
  • Always plugged into new platforms, behaviours, and creative opportunities.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and endlessly curious about where creativity can go.
  • Able to drive and attend shoots when needed.
