This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency breaking the mould and building something better. They believe that the traditional agency model is broken and are building something better. They are a remote-first agency with a turnover already well into 7 figures and are working with a number of top brands.
The founders have been responsible for their growth so far but are now too busy with existing clients to focus on their continued growth. Hence, this is a newly created role. You’ll own their new business engine, with responsibility and accountability for 100% of new business revenue. You’ll lead prospecting, pitching through to conversion and onboarding, working directly with the founders to build a smarter, faster sales function, with full support to do things your way.
They’re bold, brave, and outspoken, and are looking for someone similar, who understands how broken the traditional model is and wants to be part of something different. You’ll have agency experience and a proven track record of building and closing pipelines. You’ll be excited by autonomy, energy, and ownership, and can sell a movement, not just a service. There is potential for equity and a board-level position once someone has proved themselves in this role.
What’s in it for you: c£50k basic plus commission and an OTE of £75k based on hitting realistic targets. Remote first, with occasional in-person meetups in the UK.
We are committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sectors we serve. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and any other protected status. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, we are happy to discuss and accommodate these.
