Creative Resource are working with a diverse and dynamic communications agency who serve a number of global clients, to find an Events & Comms Project Coordinator.
Our Client
An award-winning global communications agency, who work across a broad range of communications solutions for a variety of impressive global clients. They’ve grown strongly in recent years, handling complex projects often involving business transformation and communication of large scale change. The agency work remotely but you must be based in the UK for occasional meetings.
The Role
You’ll be supporting and working closely with Senior Producers to deliver a range of events and communications materials. You’ll help deliver internal and external marketing collateral, online publications, digital content and animations, etc. You\\u2019ll interact with client teams of varying seniority, ensuring seamless execution of high quality campaigns and high levels of client satisfaction.
They’re looking for someone who has gained 1-2 years’ agency experience. They’re open to what type of agency that might be, if you’re experience includes managing project planning, managing budgets and timelines, and liaising with clients and suppliers in a fast-paced environment. You should be self-motivated, highly organised and with excellent communication skills. If you had experience of managing content, design and comms creation that would be a bonus but they’re happy to train you in new areas.
