A growing B2B beauty business is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and being proactive. You’ll be contacting beauty clinics and practitioners, introducing products, reconnecting with existing customers and helping grow the business. It’s not a high-pressure call centre role. There’s no auto-dialler, and you’ll be part of a supportive team using Salesforce to manage conversations and build customer relationships. If you’re naturally outgoing, curious and motivated by earning a bonus on top of your salary, this could be a great role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Calling customers and prospects using Salesforce
  • Introducing products and explaining the benefits
  • Encouraging salons to switch from competitor brands
  • Re‑engaging clients who haven’t ordered recently
  • Contacting new sign‑ups who haven’t yet placed their first order
  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Recording conversations and opportunities in Salesforce

You’ll be speaking with business owners, so the conversations are professional, friendly and relationship‑focused.

What they’re looking for

  • Confident and friendly on the phone
  • Happy making outbound calls and starting conversations
  • Naturally curious and good at building rapport
  • Positive, motivated and resilient
  • Organised and comfortable learning new systems
  • Interested in the beauty or aesthetics industry

Previous telesales experience isn’t essential; attitude and communication skills matter more.

A quick note about the role

Some calls will lead to great conversations and new orders, while others may be quick or less successful, that’s a normal part of sales. The team environment is supportive and friendly, and success comes from being positive, curious and consistent rather than pushy. This role tends to suit people who enjoy being busy, speaking with lots of different people and taking pride in doing a good job. We’re particularly keen to hear from people who bring a positive attitude and are looking to build a strong start to their career. Please note this role is 5 days per week office based.
