We’re working with a remote first, digital marketing agency looking for an E-commerce Designer with a Performance Marketing focus.

Our Client

Our client is a remote first digital marketing agency who work with some great successful and emerging B2C e-commerce brands. They have built a strong team and work together collaboratively, providing an industry leading benefits package.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating striking digital designs for a wide range of uses, primarily performance marketing focused; paid social ads, landing pages, digital banners and emails, as well as iterating new designs based on user feedback and analytical data. Ultimately, you\’ll be delivering high-impact digital design that earn attention, build engagement and drive results. You’ll work closely with the wider account team on interpreting client briefs to create engaging assets aligned with brand guidelines.

You

You will be digital first in all aspects of design, with a compelling portfolio of digital assets. Ideally, you’ll have worked with Ecommerce brands, with a great understanding of designing for performance marketing in mind, able to demonstrate where you’ve designed high-impact digital assets that have built engagement and achieved results. You’ll have a solid technical skillset, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, and be able to take projects from concept to completion. Any UX/UI, motion, photography and video production experience would be advantageous.
