We’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and multi-channel campaigns to join our client in a fast growing beauty sector. You’ll take ownership of CRM, automation, paid media, SEO, and digital journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM, automation, CMS.
- Oversee paid media with agency partners, optimising for ROI.
- Define and optimise customer journeys across web, email, and mobile.
- Use GA4 and analytics dashboards to report, test, and improve performance.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, AI tools, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to run paid search (PPC), paid social, SEO, and CRM campaigns, briefing and managing agency partners.
- Hands-on skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CMS, and marketing automation.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and confident working with data.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty marketing is desirable.
