We’re working with a global technology company based in Crewe looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.

A global technology company, their award-winning tech helps improve lives. They embrace a positive, flexible culture, predominantly remote working with occasional trips to their HQ in Crewe - must be North West or Midlands based.

The Role
Working with the Head of Marketing, you’ll be supporting product development and delivery across the business. You’ll be ensuring B2B customers get support with their marketing to their end users so it’s very much a B2B2C model. Ensuring a solid end-user experience and best practices for marketing build out, leading to increased usage and customer retention. You’ll help to reduce lead times through challenging existing processes, driving forward customer centric innovation. You’ll also support across corporate marketing for the business where appropriate. The role is very much at the intersection of product, brand and elevated customer experience.

You
You’ll ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing role. This might be from a Product Marketing role, but this is very much on the professional services, customer satisfaction and customer uptake side. Your background might also be from a Marketing or Digital Agency environment as an Account Manager. Any experience of B2B2C marketing would be beneficial. You should be driven and innovative in your approach, with experience of consultative selling, customer engagement and a solid foundation of marketing knowledge. They very much value people with initiative who will look to grow their role and impact the business by being proactive.
