Telephone Account Manager Remote/Hybrid in Cheshire, Warrington

Were working with a growing company in the professional beauty sector who need a Customer Service person with additional account management responsibilities to join their team. The role This is a really good early-career opportunity where youd be speaking with clinic owners and practitioners. Its not a call-centre environment, its a small but growing, friendly team and there is lots of potential for developing your career. The company are known for their exceptional customer service, and this team is very important to the business. With your customer service hat on: Youll be the first point of contact for beauty salon owners, practitioners, and the field sales team, helping them with orders, enquiries, and making sure everything runs smoothly. With your account management hat on: Youll work with some of the smaller clients, managing and building those relationships. Friendly and confident on the phone Positive and proactive Organised and happy learning new systems they use Salesforce but will provide training if its new to you.
