Our client is an established integrated agency looking for a Business Development Director to play a central role in the next phase of its growth. They need someone who is naturally proactive, commercially aware and driven to make things happen. Someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, opening doors and maintaining momentum. The business has an established client base, longstanding retained relationships, a good mix of client sectors and a great story to tell. The agency delivers integrated work across all channels, so a strong understanding of the modern marketing landscape is important. This role will suit someone who enjoys the energy and challenge of agency growth. Someone who is constantly thinking commercially, aware of pipeline and opportunities, and motivated by helping build something.

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business activity and commercial growth.
  • Building senior relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong visibility of pipeline and commercial performance.
  • Leading commercial conversations and helping shape proposals.
  • Working closely with senior leadership and specialist teams across the agency.
