The Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive Content Creator to join our client's creative team and help bring their products and stories to life through compelling visual content.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who doesn't wait for a brief to spot a good story.
You'll be responsible for identifying, creating and delivering engaging photography, video and social-first content that supports commercial objectives.
From planned campaigns and product launches to behind-the-scenes moments and reactive social content, you'll turn ideas and opportunities into high-quality creative assets.
You'll work across multiple brands, audiences and platforms, balancing planned projects with fast-moving requests.
You'll also play an important role in making better use of existing photography, video and campaign assets, finding fresh ways to repurpose, refresh and extend their value across digital and print.
We're looking for someone energetic, curious and commercially minded who can take an idea from concept through to final delivery, work independently and collaborate confidently with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging photography, video and social-first content that supports commercial objectives.
- Plan, capture and edit content from concept through to final delivery.
- Produce both planned campaign content and fast-turnaround reactive content.
- Proactively identify products, people, stories and business activity that could become engaging content.
- Repurpose existing photography, video and campaign assets into fresh, platform-ready content.
- Adapt creative for different brands, audiences, channels and formats.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Work collaboratively with Creative, Campaigns, Digital, Product Development and Commercial teams.
- Use AI and emerging creative technologies to improve workflows, efficiency and content production.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future creative output.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience creating engaging commercial content across photography, video and social-first platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, photography, video and digital content creation.
- Excellent photography, filming and editing skills.
- Experience using
- Capture One and Adobe Creative Cloud , including
Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop .
- Strong understanding of how content should be adapted for different audiences, platforms and formats.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery with minimal supervision.
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for creating engaging content.
- Curiosity and confidence to develop ideas and identify opportunities without waiting for a detailed brief.
- Flexibility to respond positively to changing priorities, requests and emerging opportunities.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content supports brand awareness, engagement, product launches and sales.
