We’re working with a lovely consumer brand with a strong heritage on the lookout for a CRM led Marketing Executive to join their team.

A thriving and diverse hospitality business, they have a strong focus on their people and culture, and a large number of staff who have been with them for a long time. Predominantly an office based role, there will be some flexibility for hybrid working. You will also need to travel to their sites which are predominantly based in the North.

You’ll be supporting a Marketing Manager, helping to deliver a new CRM and data collection programme to reach customers directly. You’ll draft regular email campaigns to their customer database for their brand as well as individual sites within the business, developing and building on the data they have, analysing and segmenting where appropriate. You’ll also manage online review platforms and their centralised resource website, regularly updating and developing new content, along with copywriting for a multitude of purposes.

You’ll have a minimum of 1 years’ marketing experience, either from an inhouse or agency role. You’ll have had some experience working on email marketing and CRM systems - it doesn’t need to be extensive, but you must have the desire to delve further into these areas. Strong attention to detail is needed, as well as the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform marketing decision making and your own ideas for improvement of campaign results. Good level of IT skills needed including Excel, as well as copywriting skills.
