Are you an experienced recruiter looking to broaden your career into HR and People?
Or perhaps you're already working in HR and would love more ownership of recruitment and talent attraction?
We're recruiting for an ambitious and growing business with an exceptional reputation for customer service and customer retention.
Growth plans mean the business will be welcoming around 40 new customer service and retention colleagues over the next few months, making talent attraction a key priority.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in that growth journey.
Initially, you'll take ownership of high-volume recruitment activity across customer service and customer retention teams, managing the process from advertising and sourcing through to interviews and offer recommendations.
Once this growth phase settles, the role will naturally evolve into a broader Talent and People position, supporting the Head of People across a range of HR activities and projects.
If you've been considering a move away from agency recruitment into an in-house environment, or you're looking for a route into HR, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing
- Writing engaging adverts and managing job postings across multiple platforms.
- Searching CV databases and proactively identifying suitable candidates.
- Reviewing applications and managing candidate communications.
- Scheduling interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Conducting first stage interviews and making recommendations for second interviews.
- Supporting onboarding activity for successful candidates.
- Helping develop the employer brand and talent attraction strategy.
- People and HR Support
- Supporting the Head of People with employee relations administration.
- Assisting with benefits administration and employee communications.
- Supporting performance management processes.
- Helping with wider people initiatives and projects.
- Developing your HR knowledge and experience through practical exposure and formal training opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and responsive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in people, talent and employee experience.
What's in it for you?
- A varied role that combines recruitment and HR.
- Exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
- Support from an experienced Head of People team.
- Opportunities to study towards CIPD qualifications.
- Clear long term career progression within People and HR.
- The chance to make a visible impact in a growing business.
- Our Commitment to Diversity
We are committed to improving diversity, equity and inclusion within the sectors we serve.
We encourage applications for this role from all backgrounds and communities and offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and any other protected status.
Should you require any reasonable adjustments at any point in the recruitment process we are very happy to discuss and work with you to accommodate these.
