Were looking for a Strategy Director to join a leading independent branding agency in London.
The team is growing and they\'re looking for two Directors to build and lead the team, whilst shaping the strategic direction of global brands and ambitious challengers.
You'll be working closely with creative and client teams, leading strategy from brief through to delivery, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and help develop the next generation of strategists.
The Role
As Strategy Director, youll be responsible for leading brand strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring every piece of work delivers meaningful commercial impact for the client.
Youll also play a key role in shaping strategic direction across the business while contributing to new business opportunities and the continued growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy projects from discovery through to delivery.
- Develop brand positioning, architecture and portfolio strategies.
- Partner closely with creative and client service teams to ensure strategic thinking is effectively brought to life.
- Support business development through pitches, thought leadership and organic growth opportunities.
