A fast‑growing health and fitness recovery technology brand, trusted by both elite athletes and everyday consumers. Since launching in 2020, the business has scaled rapidly through DTC and is now expanding into retail and wholesale markets. As they continue to grow, maintaining a premium, consistent, and high‑performing visual identity across all touchpoints is essential. They are now hiring a senior design‑led leader to take ownership of the brand’s visual standards across digital.

This is a high‑impact role for a senior designer who wants genuine ownership and influence. Sitting between Creative Director and Design Lead responsibilities, this position blends design leadership, UX/UI oversight, and hands‑on creative contribution. You will act as the guardian of the visual identity, setting the standard for what “good” looks like, and managing multiple external agencies to ensure premium and consistent output across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand, Design & UX Leadership: Own and uphold the visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Act as the final design and UX authority within the business. Maintain and protect brand standards and design quality. Ensure consistently premium, high-quality, and on-brand creative work.
  • Agency Management & Quality Control: Manage multiple external agencies across web, paid ads, email, and social creative. Lead briefing, feedback, and approval processes. Push agencies to meet expected standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • UX/UI & Website Ownership: Own UX/UI standards for the website, including landing pages and key user journeys. Collaborate with agencies and developers on new builds, improvements, and updates. Review and sign off final website outputs.
  • Hands-on Design: Provide hands-on design support when needed, especially for launches and quick turnarounds. Lead by example to demonstrate expected creative standards.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in digital, UX/UI, or brand design.
  • Strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and digital brand work.
  • Confident delivering clear, direct, constructive design feedback.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
