Operations Manager – Photography/Creative Studio

Location: Primarily WFH, with access to a London office

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

A leading photography studio known for its high-quality, cinematic imagery and seamless client experience. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee their studio operations, drive sales, manage our team, and ensure everything runs smoothly at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing: Track performance, refine marketing strategies, and assist in quoting custom photo packages.
  • Team & Studio Management: Lead the team, oversee finances, and maintain a high-standard studio environment.
  • Client & Photographer Relations: Handle client inquiries, support photographers and admin staff, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure high editing and delivery standards, manage online reviews, and optimise client systems.
  • Legal & Operational Oversight: Monitor unauthorised use of photography, set pricing strategies, and improve business efficiency.
