We are partnering with a leading creative agency seeking an experienced Meta Ads Creative Consultant to collaborate with their in-house creative team and elevate their approach to Meta advertising.
This short-term consultancy (initially 2-3 days) will focus on sharing the latest best practises, identifying growth opportunities, and upskilling the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing Meta creative assets and campaign materials.
- Share up-to-date Meta creative best practises.
- Explain the key drivers of performance across Meta platforms.
- Advise on creative testing frameworks and optimisation strategies.
- Coach and mentor creatives and stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements to creative workflows and production processes.
- Provide practical, actionable guidance for immediate implementation.
Ideal Experience and Skills
- Proven track record in producing high-performing Meta ad creative.
- Background in paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, brands or agencies.
- Confident in presenting, coaching and facilitating workshops.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-driven content.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial objectives.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience within beauty, luxury, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Previous experience training internal teams.
- Consultancy or advisory experience.
