We're partnering with a highly respected creative agency working with an enviable portfolio of beauty, fragrance and wellness brands. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a commercially minded Client Services Account Manager to join their team in a broad and varied role that sits at the centre of the agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or Creative Services Manager background who enjoys balancing client relationships, project delivery, creative production and business growth.
You'll act as a key liaison between clients, creatives and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while helping identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships. The role combines client services, project management and commercial support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand agency partnerships
- Support the development of pitch presentations, proposals and new business opportunities (approximately 10-20% of the role)
- Act as the key point of contact between clients, creative teams and production partners
- Manage the delivery of creative projects from initial brief through to final execution
- Coordinate and support photoshoots, content production and campaign delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
- Ensure consistently high standards of client service and project delivery
Previous experience in a Client Services, Account Management, Creative Services or Project Management role within a creative agency environment is required. Strong understanding of creative workflows and project delivery processes is essential. Experience managing campaigns, content productions, photoshoots or creative projects is necessary. Candidates should be commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills are crucial. A passion for beauty, fragrance, wellness or luxury brands would be highly advantageous.
