  • Cultural insights: trends, athlete voices, key moments and fan behaviours

  • Partner with project managers to oversee timelines, processes and budgets
  • Stay connected to sport, social media and wider culture, bringing fresh ideas into the team

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior content or creative role (agency or sport-focused ideally)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work across social, campaigns and editorial
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a distinctive creative voice
  • Ability to visualise ideas quickly across video and static formats
  • Experience leading, mentoring and elevating creative teams
  • Confidence presenting and defending ideas to senior clients
  • Experience working on global brands and campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, motion tools and AI-powered creative platforms (e.g. Runway, Sora or similar)
  • Curiosity for emerging tools and trends

You'll Be Expected To

  • Mentor and support junior creatives while maintaining high creative standards
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to strategic conversations
