Freelance Production Assistant (Creative Studio) We’re hiring a Production Assistant to join our clients busy, multi‑disciplinary creative studio. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who has a mix of admin and creative exposure, thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves keeping projects running smoothly within an online music company.
About the role
You’ll support the creative and content team with day‑to‑day creative operational, administrative, and production tasks, helping ensure projects remain organised, on‑time, and accurately delivered. You’ll work closely with the London studio and collaborate with global colleagues across multiple workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Update production schedules, trackers, and project tools
- Organise assets, files, and artwork with strong attention to detail
- Support checks and flag issues before release
- Chase approvals and keep communication moving
- Prepare decks and internal updates
- Assist with event logistics, merchandise, and shipping needs
- Join regular check‑ins and capture actions
About you
- 1-2 years in a junior production, studio coordination, creative services, or similar role
- Comfortable multitasking in a high‑volume studio environment
- Clear communicator with a calm, positive approach
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and general PM tools
- Highly organised with a can‑do mentality
