An independent creative and research agency working across sport, culture and lifestyle is looking for a Senior Content Creator to join its growing Creative team.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead the development of social-first ideas, campaigns and reactive content for globally recognised sports and fitness brands. This role combines creative thinking, content strategy and cultural awareness, with a focus on producing engaging work across social, editorial and brand channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop concepts for social, campaign and editorial content across digital platforms.
- Create social-first and channel-specific ideas including vertical video, reactive content and episodic formats.
- Lead copywriting, hook-writing and creative storytelling across owned and earned media.
- Collaborate across creative, communications and insights teams to deliver strategically grounded work.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior creatives and contribute to maintaining high creative standards.
- Use performance insights and cultural trends to shape future content and campaigns.
- Support fast-turnaround reactive briefs while maintaining quality and consistency.
- 5+ years' experience in a senior content, social or creative role within an agency, sports or creative environment.
- Strong portfolio featuring social campaigns, editorial content and culturally relevant creative work.
- Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to visualise ideas quickly across static and video formats.
- Experience mentoring and leading creatives.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content performance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with After Effects, motion tools and AI creative tools such as Runway, Sora or similar is advantageous.
- Passion for sport, culture and emerging creative trends.
