Junior Creative Artworker Location: Hybrid working – South London/Surrey Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: £26k-£28k (depending on experience) We’re looking for a Junior Creative Artworker to join our client’s Marketing & Brand team and help craft compelling visuals that inspire their customers to explore the world through their tours. The Role As a Junior Creative Artworker, you’ll be at the heart of their creative process, delivering a variety of marketing materials across both digital and print platforms. From brochures and press ads to website banners and social media assets, you’ll help bring their brand to life. Working in a close-knit Studio team of four designers , you’ll ensure their visual identity remains consistent, engaging, and aligned with their mission to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Your Responsibilities: Creative Delivery: Design and artwork brochures, direct mail, press advertisements, website imagery, and digital campaigns. Image Management: Maintain their image library and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Production: Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. Promotions: Develop monthly promotional assets, delivering them accurately and on time. Continuous Improvement: Share fresh ideas to elevate their marketing materials and explore new creative approaches. Efficiency: Help streamline team workflows and suggest improvements. About You We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a team that values creativity and collaboration. You’ll Bring: 2-3 years’ experience in an artworking or studio role (travel industry experience is a MUST) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); motion design skills are a plus. Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or PowerPoint is advantageous. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional results. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to embrace change and suggest improvements.
