We have a fantastic opportunity for a Midweight Designer with graphic design experience to join a world‑leading visual communications creative agency. They partner with some of the world’s most respected technology brands and projects range from presentation design, digital documents and interactive sales assets to storyboards and motion‑led video content. They offer remote working going into the Leicester office on occasion for meetings.

The Role

We’re looking for a Designer to support the design team. Working closely with the Lead Designer, you’ll help deliver high‑quality visual communications across a variety of formats and outputs. This role would suit someone with strong design fundamentals who is adaptable, detail‑oriented and comfortable working across different types of work — from asset creation and artworking through to presentation design and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create bespoke visual assets that interpret and abstract product UIs into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
  • Artwork and refine assets to a high standard, ensuring consistency, clarity and brand alignment
  • Support asset creation and storyboarding for video and motion‑based outputs
  • Assist with the design and development of digital documents, one‑pagers and no‑code email communications
  • Provide presentation design support, including amends, clean‑up and layout work
  • Source, adapt or generate icons, imagery and visual elements (including responsible use of AI tools)
  • Help organise and maintain brand assets, templates and libraries
  • Deliver work efficiently and accurately, responding well to feedback and direction

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering presentation design projects
  • Strong grounding in design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling
  • Experience as a midweight designer, creative artworker
  • Confidence working across multiple formats and tools
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote presentation software, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects is a bonus
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools within a design workflow
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and openness to feedback

Desirable:

  • Exposure to video or motion workflows
  • Experience working with enterprise, technology or B2B brands
