We are working with a leading creative content / branding agency based in London. They have a really exciting opportunity for a Creative Director to join their creative team based in London. They work with a great range of premium lifestyle, fashion, retail brands and due to expansion looking to grow their management team.
The opportunity…
The role works closely with the Group Creative Director to lead and manage a department of 20+ creatives, including ACDs, Art Directors, and Designers. Strong line management skills are essential, along with a proven ability to nurture a positive and collaborative team culture.
You will have a portfolio showcasing contemporary culture and experience working with premium lifestyle retail brands. You will have hands-on skills and when needed roll up your sleeves with the team to deliver projects smoothly.
You will excel at executing creative strategy across OOH, social, art direction, shoots, digital, activations, and events across multi-channel platforms. Positive and collaborative relationships with other studio departments across Strategy, Client Service, and Production are also essential to the success of this role.
Working with third-party partners is central, so experience in production and directing shoots is vital. You will have a calm, balanced approach under pressure, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
