As they expand their studio, they are seeking a skilled Midweight Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Their Leicester-based office offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-studio, 2 days remote).
The Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of creative projects, collaborating with designers, writers, account directors, and other team members to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
What you'll deliver
- Project manage a mix of digital and physical outputs, including:
- Presentations and keynote materials
- Video and motion outputs
- Digital campaign assets and marketing collateral
- Event-related creative and communications
- Large-scale physical print
- White papers and long-form documents

Key Responsibilities
- Project planning β Own project plans, milestones, and delivery communications from brief to sign-off.
- Client communication β Run day-to-day client communication and keep briefs, timelines, and expectations clear.
- Cross-team coordination β Coordinate smoothly across teams and share information early to prevent blockages.
- Prioritisation β Manage multiple workstreams with confident prioritisation and forward planning.
- Tools and workflow β Maintain strong delivery excellence in trackers (Scoro), communications plans, and file structures.
