Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Their Leicester-based office offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-studio, 2 days remote).

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to support one of their biggest enterprise clients.

This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment, understands how digital and physical creative work is produced, and can hold confident delivery conversations with key stakeholders, both internally and in a client-facing capacity.

You’ll run multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, bringing clarity to briefs, structure to delivery, and calm confidence to clients.

You’ll proactively maintain high delivery standards, spot day-to-day risks early, and suggest practical process improvements that keep work moving smoothly and consistently.

  • What you’ll deliver
  • You’ll project manage a mix of digital and physical outputs, including:
  • Presentations and keynote materials
  • Video and motion outputs
  • Digital campaign assets and marketing collateral
  • Event-related creative and communications
  • Large-scale physical print
  • White papers and long-form documents
  • Micro-sites and online self-service communications

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning
  • Own project plans, milestones, and delivery comms from brief to sign-off.
  • Client communication
  • Run day-to-day client communication and keep briefs, timelines, and expectations clear.
  • Cross-team coordination
  • Coordinate smoothly across teams and share information early to prevent blockages.
  • Prioritisation
  • Manage multiple workstreams with confident prioritisation and forward planning.
  • Tools and workflow
  • Maintain strong delivery excellence in trackers (Scoro), comms plans, and file structures.
  • Ownership mindset
  • Take initiative, act on feedback, and follow through on commitments.

  • Work with commercial awareness and protect time, value, and resource impact.

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Agency / B2B Experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities, with confidence managing cross-functional teams. (designers, copywriters, account leads).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Scoro experience ideal but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining quality and process standards.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a creative business.
