This position combines elements of both Account Manager and Client Services Manager roles. We are partnering with a highly regarded creative agency based in West London, specialising in the beauty, fragrance and wellness sectors. Their impressive client portfolio includes a blend of established and aspirational brands. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a commercially astute Client Services Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is a varied, hands-on role central to the agency’s operations. You will balance client relationship management, creative services, project delivery, business development support and production oversight. You will be equally comfortable shaping pitch presentations and identifying growth opportunities as you are managing the logistics and delivery of creative campaigns and photoshoots.
