We’re working with an exciting independent design agency to help them find an ambitious and enthusiastic Client Manager to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within a branding, design or creative agency who enjoys managing projects, building strong client relationships and working closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality work.
Location: London
Salary: £35,000–£40,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the studio

THE ROLE
As Client Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects and workflows, acting as a key point of contact for your accounts.
You will:
- Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger, global projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and project plans
- Manage timelines, budgets, proposals, quotes and project workflows
- Work closely with Designers, Strategists, Production and Realisation teams
- Present briefs, proposals and work to clients and manage feedback
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support account growth and identify opportunities across existing clients
- Assist with forecasting, invoicing and general account administration
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and commercially minded, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience within a design agency, working with FMCG clients on packaging design projects
- Strong client servicing and project management experience
- Experience working across large-scale or global brands
- An understanding of how brands operate across multiple touchpoints
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- A confident, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
