We have partnered with a global healthcare brand and they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Video & Motion Content Creative to join their in-house design team. They are offering hybrid working with their HQ studio based in the Cambridgeshire area. There is free onsite parking (a car is needed).

The Role

Looking for a talented Video/Motion Content Creative to join their in-house Creative Team, creating content for their range of medical/healthcare products and brand through high-quality video and motion content. The Content Creative will be responsible for content creation and scalable workflows. You’ll own the development and delivery of multimedia assets from concept through to execution, while also playing a key role in evolving how the team works, working with AI tools and smarter production approaches to improve speed, consistency, and impact across the team. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for storytelling and execution, combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for high-quality, purposeful design.

What you will be doing:

  • Producing and editing high-quality video and motion content across training, marketing, and product launches.
  • Developing ideas from concept and storyboard through to final delivery.
  • Creating engaging short-form content optimised for digital and social channels.
  • Capturing content where needed (e.g. events, webinars).
  • Managing and maintaining a scalable, well-organised multimedia asset library.
  • Supporting the wider creative team across campaigns and day-to-day delivery, working closely with cross-functional departments.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs.
  • Adapting content efficiently across multiple formats and channels.
  • Using AI-driven workflow software to improve production speed, iteration, and scalability.
  • Identifying and introducing smarter tools or processes to enhance creative output and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong video editing and motion design skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects), with confidence across tools.
  • Experience with Creative Suite.
  • Experience with AI tools, like Elevenlabs, Midjourney, Vero etc.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, on-brand multimedia content, particularly short-form video.
  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Confident filming and producing content when required.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with a clear sense of pacing, structure, and audience engagement.
  • High attention to detail and consistently strong creative standards.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to problem-solve and work independently where needed.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how content supports wider business goals.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with non-creative stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI to enhance creative workflows and output.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with the confidence to introduce and adopt new ways of working.
  • Sound judgement on when to use (and not use) AI within a brand-led environment.
