The Role

We’re looking for a Midweight Creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with a genuine passion for AI-enabled creativity. You’ll work alongside strategists, writers, designers and motion creatives to develop ideas that solve real business problems. AI should already be part of how you explore, prototype and craft your work—but you’ll also know when great thinking, taste and human judgement matter most.

MUST HAVE

  • 3 Years creative agency experience
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas and excellent craft.
  • A genuine interest in how AI is changing creativity and the motivation to keep learning.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools as part of your creative process.
  • Strong conceptual thinking: You start with ideas, not prompts.
  • Great visual taste and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other creative software to refine and finish work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge ideas including your own.
  • Experience across B2B brands or complex products.
  • Motion, animation or video generation experience.
  • Prompting, workflow automation or experimentation with emerging creative tools.
  • A habit of testing new approaches and sharing what works with others.

What you’ll do

  • Develop creative ideas across integrated campaigns, digital, social and content.
  • Use AI tools to explore concepts, accelerate ideation and enhance creative execution.
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, strategists and developers from brief through to delivery.
  • Create presentations, prototypes and campaign assets that inspire both clients and colleagues.
