We’re looking for a Midweight Creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with a genuine passion for AI-enabled creativity. You’ll work alongside strategists, writers, designers and motion creatives to develop ideas that solve real business problems. AI should already be part of how you explore, prototype and craft your work—but you’ll also know when great thinking, taste and human judgement matter most.
MUST HAVE
- 3 Years creative agency experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas and excellent craft.

- Practical experience using generative AI tools as part of your creative process.
- Strong conceptual thinking: You start with ideas, not prompts.
