We're hiring a UX Copywriter for a long-term contract supporting a global luxury automotive brand, focused on in‑vehicle digital experiences. This is a product UX writing role — working on embedded systems, not marketing or brand copy.
The role
You’ll shape clear, intuitive language across:
- Infotainment systems
- Digital dashboards and instrument clusters
- System prompts, notifications and settings
- Safety‑critical messaging and user guidance
Working closely with UX/UI designers, engineers and product teams, you’ll help deliver consistent, user‑centred content across complex digital interfaces at scale.

- Contract: May 2026 – March 2027
- Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
- Rate: £23.50/hour / £45‑49k pro rata (Umbrella)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in UX writing / content design
- Experience working on complex, technical or embedded systems
- Background in automotive, hardware, digital platforms or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of usability, clarity and system‑driven content
- Ability to collaborate across design, product and engineering teams
Open to candidates with varying experience levels provided they have relevant UX writing experience in similar products or environments.
