Our client is a leading consumer product development agency, renowned for creating innovative products across health & beauty, lifestyle, and tech sectors. Their creative studio is based in Hertfordshire, on the northwest London borders, and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment. Note: They are working full 5 days in the office. A short walk from the main station and have free car parking spaces.

We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated Mid-Weight Designer to join the design team. You’ll primarily work on leading baby brand products, delivering creative packaging visuals from concept to final execution, alongside marketing and brand assets for both online and offline channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 3+ years’ experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced, creative setting. You’ll also have the chance to work on high-profile, award-winning celebrity beauty and healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts and visuals for print, digital, packaging, POS, and marketing/social campaigns
  • Roll out designs across multiple deliverables while maintaining brand consistency
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital, ensuring technical specifications are met
  • Adapt designs for various platforms (print-ready artwork, social media, marketing materials, web)
  • Assist with photoshoots and brand events
  • Collaborate with multiple departments during the NPD process
  • Manage internal gold seal sign-off process (training provided)
Key Experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong ability to take projects from concept through to final artwork
  • Experience across online and offline design: visual identities, print media, packaging, POS, campaign mailers, social/web assets
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across categories (health & beauty, toiletries, web, social)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Photography and video editing experience (desired but not essential)
  • Experience with email/digital marketing tools (desired but not essential)
