A leading luxury lifestyle brand is seeking a Freelance Technical Artworker to support floorplan artwork for its residential portfolio. The focus of the role is producing accurate, high-quality floorplans for sales brochures and related marketing collateral, translating architectural information into clear, visually appealing artwork suitable for print.

You will work closely with the in‑house team, taking existing drawings and layouts and turning them into consistent, brand-ready artwork. The ideal freelancer has a strong technical artwork background, with proven experience on residential or hotel projects and a keen eye for precision and detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Artwork technical floorplans for residential sales brochures and marketing materials
  • Ensure all artwork is accurate, consistent and fully print-ready
  • Interpret amends/mark‑ups and apply changes efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage your own workload and timelines

You’ll need:

  • Technical artwork experience as a core part of your portfolio
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and CAD skills - samples needed within folio
  • Experience with residential or hotel projects (highly beneficial)
  • Own laptop and software
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional visits to the London office

Details:

  • Day rate: Approx. £255 per day (freelance)
  • Mid-Senior Hours: 9am–6pm, days depending on project needs
  • Duration: Flexible / project-based / ad hoc
  • Umbrella usage required
