We’re looking for a coordinator level Traffic Assistant to support a fast‑paced in‑house creative studio. Ideal for a junior–midweight with experience in production, studio coordination, creative services, or similar.
What you’ll do:
- Keep projects on track: schedules, trackers, workflow updates
- Support day‑to‑day production + creative admin
- Manage assets, file naming, checks, approvals + keeping projects on track
- Join check‑ins, keep communication flowing through the busy studio
- Assist on events/materials, logistics + merchandise coordination
- Support directly the in-house Creative Services Manager
What you bring:
- ~1-2+ years in a studio/traffic/admin‑support role (agency or in‑house)
- ~ Strong organisation & attention to detail
- ~ Confident communicator, proactive, calm under pressure
- ~ Familiar with Adobe CC + basic PM tools (Monday/Asana/Trello)
- ~ Able to juggle multiple priorities in a high‑volume team
Role details:
- ~£200 p/day (umbrella)
- ~3–4 days/week
- ~ In-office Tue–Thu (flex WFH day)
- ~ Bring your own laptop (Mac preferred)
- ~ ASAP start, ongoing
- ~1–2 interview stages (first via video)
