An independent creative and research agency working across sport, culture and lifestyle is seeking a Senior Designer to join its growing Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead the development of brand identities, campaigns and visual systems for globally recognised sports and fitness brands. The role covers work across digital, social, print, events and environmental design, with a strong focus on strategic thinking and high-quality craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and lead brand identities, campaign creative and scalable design systems.
- Deliver strong typography, layout, art direction and visual storytelling.
- Present creative ideas and design rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, insights, communications and project management teams.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising creative standards across the department.
- Support production processes across print and digital deliverables where needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior design role within an agency, sports or creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity and campaign work.
- Experience working with international or global brands.
- Confident presenting and defending creative work to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Cinema 4D is advantageous.
- Passion for sport, culture and contemporary design trends.
