We are partnering with a leading global premium luxury brand to find a Customer Operations Project Manager to drive CRM and customer marketing delivery across email, lifecycle campaigns and one-to-many communications.
This role sits at the heart of marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time and to a high standard for iconic fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
The Opportunity
- Own delivery of customer marketing campaigns across email and lifecycle journeys
- Drive operational excellence across campaign workflows and production
- Act as the link between marketing, creative and technical teams
- Oversee external production partners and scale delivery capacity
- Improve processes, systems and ways of working
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign timelines, dependencies and delivery
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure clarity across briefs, assets and production delivery
- Identify risks early and keep projects on track
- Support CRM and Martech project alignment
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, email marketing or digital campaign project management
- Strong workflow, delivery and content pipeline experience
