A leading London creative agency is actively building a specialist AI creative team — and they need people who’ve already started the journey. This isn’t roles for the AI curious. It’s for creatives who’ve been levelling up — experimenters, early adopters, people with portfolios that show what generative tools actually look like in skilled hands.
We’re looking for three distinct profiles:
- AI-Enabled Designers / Generative Image Artists - Creatives using generative tools like Midjourney, Firefly and DALL·E layered onto real design craft — for concepting, ideation and generation.
- AI Motion & Video Creatives - Motion designers experimenting with generative video AI and building it into their content and production workflows.
- AI Creative Technologists (Design + Code) - Hybrid profiles combining design thinking with development capability — building internal tools, automations or AI-integrated pipelines.
What they’re looking for across all three:
- 1–3 years of hands-on AI experimentation built on top of an existing creative career
- Not AI natives starting from scratch — level-uppers who’ve invested in themselves and have the portfolio to prove it
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, experimental team
