We are partnering with an international branding agency who are seeking an experienced Account Director to join its Client Services team. This is a brand-led role, not campaign-focused, and is suited to someone with strong experience in brand creation, transformation and long-term brand development.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of a minimum of two key accounts with multiple workstreams
- Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted partner
- Delivering complex branding, communications and product development projects
- Managing project delivery, timelines, resourcing and scope
- Full ownership of budgets, financial tracking and account profitability
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and project extensions
- Working closely with design, strategy and editorial teams
- Managing upwards to senior leadership
- Supporting new business activity and pitches when required
- Leading and motivating internal creative teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up
- Background in a branding or design-led agency
- Strong experience in brand strategy, identity and long-term brand development
- Confident selling creative ideas and strategic thinking at a senior level
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget and profitability management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
