This position offers fully remote working from the UK, with attendance at client/team meetings when required. Their HQ office is in the Leicester area.

The Role

This role partners closely with their existing Creative Director to deliver exceptional creative standards across all business projects. You’ll play a key part in shaping the visual direction of high-impact work, supporting the wider design team, and acting as a bridge between creative, project management, and client stakeholders. You’ll be the day-to-day creative mentor for designers, helping elevate ideas and outputs while keeping our creative vision aligned to the client brand. You’ll contribute to client conversations to shape briefs, present creative ideas, and lead the setup and management of designer enablement tools and assets — providing structure and consistency to how we work and create. The role will sometimes include event work (on-site and off-site), supporting immersive and high-profile experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in client and creative briefings, offering design ideas and shaping creative direction alongside project, content, and relationship leads.
  • Present creative concepts back to clients – from storyboards and campaign visuals to presentation and templatisation approaches.
  • Confidently use Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Express) as well as Figma and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote to produce, refine, and present creative work that meets both brand and technical expectations.
  • Represent the agency's creative capability with confidence, clarity, and professionalism in all client-facing situations.
  • Work in partnership with the Creative Director counterpart to ensure all creative outputs meet brand, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Report to the Account Director, with close alignment to project management, content, and relationship teams.
  • Act as a day-to-day creative mentor for the wider design team, supporting both in-house and freelance designers, answering questions on brand, assets, and best practices.
  • Support ideation sessions and help designers translate strategic briefs into strong visual concepts.
  • Provide informal feedback and guidance to raise design quality and consistency across the team.
  • Own and structure the design enablement system - creating and maintaining reusable assets, templates, and visual examples that support efficiency and quality.
  • Audit existing assets and define what “ready-to-use” means across categories (presentations, campaigns, videos, co-branding) ensuring assets meet agreed quality standards.
  • Ensure that design work is brand-aligned, client-ready, and visually engaging.
  • Partner with co-Creative Lead to share accountability for the overall creative output - aligning on quality benchmarks, creative direction, and delivery expectations.
  • Trial and share innovative ideas for design systems, storytelling, and visual communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is expected, alongside experience in presentation and keynote design. You’ll take a hands-on approach and guide others on how best to bring ideas to life using the right tools for each job.
  • Have worked within a creative or agency environment, with experience in B2B and global tech clients.
