We are looking for a Paid Social / Content Creator Design Specialist (with motion experience) to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on high-performing paid social campaigns that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
Location: Hybrid Central London – 1‑3 days per week. Day rate: £290. Start: ASAP – up to 3 months initially.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across key platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Develop and deliver performance-driven creative with clear calls to action (e.g. "like," "subscribe," "learn more")
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising for KPIs such as CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align on campaign strategy and objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and performance trends
- Stay up to date with evolving social media trends and platform updates
- Create fun, vibrant, and engaging design aspects rather than dated or corporate design
- Produce short‑form content examples 10–20 seconds long for major social platforms
Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years’ experience in paid social, performance marketing, or a related field
- Strong background in social‑first, conversion‑focused content creation
- Preferred experience working within a marketing team or a social/digital agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to create or manage content with clear, results‑driven calls to action
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
